This UL Listed, 13 watt GU24 base compact fluorescent light bulb has a color temperature of 2700K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 84. The warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) and has a CRI of 100. If you like that warmer color of light purchase CFL’s around 2700K.
The Maxlite SpiraMax GU 24 base cfl light bulb fits all fixtures with the GU-24 socket. They are just 2.0 inches wide and 4.2 inches MOL. They incorporate an electronic ballast for instant-on, flicker free operation. These eco friendly lighting products consume just 13 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 60 watt incandescent bulb (950 lumens).
 These GU-24 cfl bulbs are rated for 10,000 hours and carry a 1 year limited warranty. The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. The MaxLite SpiraMax GU24 lamp is a great option for use in outdoor fixtures that operate on dusk to dawn or motion sensors. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixture and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
