 The goal of replacing a 100 or 125 watt incandescent light bulb with an LED ( Light Emitting Diode ) light bulb has long been an impossibility, until now. With EvoLux Pro, you can replace your short lifespan, high wattage incandescent bulbs with a cool running LED bulb that will last for 50,000 hours. Thanks to new twin core 7 watt CREE LED light engines the EvoLux Pro provides crisp, clear light with no flicker or start up delays. They then added a revolutionary active cooling system that employs a silent long life internal fan to cool the heatsink. The entire housing is encased in ABS plastic to always ensure that the body of the EvoLux is cool to the touch. Combined, these technologies allow EarthLED to run the LED light chip at a high enough power output to provide amazing light that will fill a room.
The EarthLED EvoLux Pro has just achieved another milestone for LED technology by becoming a UL Listed and FCC approved LED lamp for general household illumination. The UL listing further affirms the advanced safety technologies built into every EvoLux Pro. In addition, the UL listing now allows the use of the EvoLux Pro in facilities and buildings where this certification is required.
 This EvoLux Pro 3000 degrees Kelvin (K) warm white LED light consumes just 15 watts (14 watts typical) and operates on a wide range of input voltages - from 90 to 240 volt AC. These LED retrofit bulbs generate a luminous flux of 700 lumens and has a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 80. They produce an overall 180-degree beam angle and offers a longer beam throw and larger lens to illuminate globes and distribute light better in recessed cans.
The EvoLux Pro LED lamps are rated for a lifespan of 50,000 hours. These LED light bulbs fit fixtures with an E26 medium base. The bulb's dimensions are 2.55 inches wide by 5.47 inches MOL. The operating temperature range is -4 degrees to 113 degrees Fahrenheit with an operating humidity range of 20 to 90 percent. These LED lights are fully compatible with timers and photo controls. The LED lamps are NOT for use with dimmers nor for use in totally enclosed fixtures.
