 These compact fluorescent PAR38 flood bulbs fit in the same fixtures, they have the same ceramic body, and the same high quality hard glass reflectors as their incandescent counterparts. They are good for indoor or outdoor use and they are UL Listed and rated for use in wet locations.
This 23 watt compact fluorescent light bulb has a color temperature of 5000K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 82. As a reference point, the warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) and has a CRI of 100. These Satco 23 watt PAR38 floods produce 1050 lumens .
These Satco S7203 daylight cfl light bulbs fit most indoor recessed can, high hat and ceiling mounted strip lighting fixtures with the standard E26 Edison base. They are just 4.76 inches wide and 5.04 inches MOL. They incorporate an electronic ballast for Instant On, flicker free operation. These eco friendly cfl bulbs consume just 23 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 75 watt PAR 38 incandescent flood bulb.
These eco friendly cfl flood bulbs are rated for 10,000 hours and carry a 1 year limited warranty. The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. The Satco PAR38 Indoor/Outdoor wet location fluorescent flood bulb is a great option for use in your outdoor fixtures but will NOT operate on dusk to dawn or motion sensors. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixtures and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
