This UL Listed 23 watt compact fluorescent light bulb has a color temperature of 2700K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 84. The warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) and has a CRI of 100. These MaxLite 23 watt R40 reflector flood bulbs produce 1300 lumens and they incorporate MaxLite's Advanced Amalgam Technology producing higher lumen maintenance and consistant color across lamps.
 These Maxlite SKR423FLWW FloodMax reflector light bulbs fit all indoor recessed can, high hat and ceiling mounted strip lighting fixtures with the standard E26 Edison base. They are just 5 inches wide and 6 inches MOL. They incorporate an electronic ballast for Instant On, flicker free operation. These ENERGY STAR Qualified cfl light bulbs consume just 23 watts of energy and are a great replacement for your 125R40 incandescent flood bulb.
 These eco friendly reflector cfl bulbs are rated for 8,000 hours and carry a 2 year limited warranty. The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixtures and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
