This UL Listed, 25 watt compact fluorescent light bulb has a color temperature of 2700K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 84. The warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) .  The Maxlite MLM25SWW MicroMax Spiral CFL light bulb fits all fixtures. They are just 2.4 inches wide and 5.1 inches tall. They incorporate an electronic ballast for instant-on, flicker free operation. These Energy Star Qualified "green light" compact fluorescent bulbs consume just 25 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb (1,800 lumens).
 These eco friendly cfl bulbs are rated for 10,000 hours and carry a 2 year limited warranty. The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. The MaxLite MicroMax Spiral CFL is a great option for use in outdoor fixtures that operate on dusk to dawn or motion sensors. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixtures and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
