This 3 watt compact fluorescent light bulb has a color temperature of 2700K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 84. The warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) and has a CRI of 100. The Maxlite SKS3EAWW ultra mini spiral (also called a twist or twisty bulb or curly bulb) cfl light bulb fits all fixtures. They are just 1.7 inches wide and 3.9 inches MOL . They incorporate an electronic ballast for instant-on, flicker free operation. These fluorescent bulbs consume just 3 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 20 watt incandescent bulb (180 lumens).
 These eco friendly cfl bulbs are rated for 10,000 hours and carry a (1) year limited warranty. The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. The MaxLite Spiral CFL light bulb is a great option for use in outdoor fixtures that operate on dusk to dawn or motion sensors. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixtures and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
