Options for LED recessed lighting fixtures, whether installing canless wafer light kits or retrofitting your current can lights, have grown rapidly. Canless wafer LED light kits can be used for remodel or new construction LED recessed ceiling downlight projects. LED retrofit downlights are installed utilizing your existing recessed can housing.

The Satco dimmable 4" directional recessed 4000K Cool White gimbal LED Retrofit is ultra-efficient and designed to retrofit into existing incandescent recessed downlights. The integrated LEDs reduce energy consumption up to 80% when compared to 50 Watt incandescent light bulbs and they last 30 times longer! These downlight retrofits are installed with a connector or the Medium E26 base. These adjustable LED downlight kits provide 600 lumens of 4000K cool white brilliant illumination equivalent to the output of a 50 watt BR30 or 18 watt CFL, but requires just 9.5 watts of energy use. These dedicated 120 volt trims meet ENERGY STAR requirements, as well as being Damp Location Rated. The Satco Downlight Retrofit Series has many different application uses including: healthcare, hospitality, office, property management, residential, and retail.
