These MaxLite FloodMax daylight compact fluorescent flood bulbs fit in the same fixtures, they have the same ceramic body, and the same high quality hard glass reflectors as their incandescent counterparts. They are good for indoor or outdoor use and they are UL Listed for damp locations.
This 9 watt daylight compact fluorescent light bulb has a color temperature of 5000K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 84. As a reference point, the warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) and has a CRI of 100. A new popular option are the 5000K daylight bulbs, some call a full spectrum cfl bulb. This daylight lamp simulates the lighting you might see from the sin at noon. These MaxLite 9 watt PAR20 floods produce 350 lumens and they incorporate MaxLite's Advanced Amalgam Technology producing higher lumen maintenance and consistant color across lamps.
These Maxlite SKR2009FLDL FloodMax cfl 5000K bulbs fit virtually all indoor recessed can, high hat and ceiling mounted strip lighting fixtures with the standard E26 Edison base. They are just 2.45 inches wide and 3.8 inches MOL. They incorporate an electronic ballast for Instant On, flicker free operation . These 5000K fluorescent energy saving daylight lights consume just 9 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 30 watt PAR 20 incandescent flood bulb.
 These eco friendly cfl flood bulbs are rated for 8,000 hours and carry a 2 year limited warranty. The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. The MaxLite PAR20 Indoor/Outdoor damp location fluorescent flood bulb is a great option for use in your outdoor fixtures but will NOT operate on dusk to dawn or motion sensors. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixtures and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
