 The MaxLite HighMax SKFH1X1SMC (70149) fluorescent canopy fixture is a perfect choice for security lighting and general area lighting. Designed specifically for the MaxLite HighMax high wattage, self ballasted CFL product line, significant potential exists to reduce your lighting energy consumption.
The housing is constructed of steel and painted with a rust and corrosion proof, epoxy coating in a black finish. This UL Listed outdoor/indoor rated ceiling fixture has a lens refractor made of high quality acrylic. With physical dimensions of 12.25" long, 12.25" wide and 9.0" deep these ceiling mount fluorescent light fixtures will accentuate most low wattage security lighting applications. These fluorescent fixtures have an E26 medium base and carry a 1 year limited warranty. Typical applications for the 1X1 surface mount ceiling fixtures include commercial properties, parking garages, canopy lighting, covered walkways and other indoor/outdoor applications.
This MaxLite SKFH1X1SMC indoor/outdoor fluorescent, surface mount lighting option was designed for use with the MaxLite HighMax 40 watt and 60 watt long life, instant on compact fluorescent bulbs. When utilized in the MaxLite canopy fixture, the 40 watt, 5000K HighMax will produce the scotopic lumen equivalent of a 150 watt incandescent, 75 watt high pressure sodium or a 100 watt mercury vapor lamp and the 60 watt, 5000K Highmax will produce the equivalent of a 200 watt incandescent, 100 watt high pressure sodium or a 100 watt mercury vapor lamp.
