This Keystone Ballast KTEB-232LBF-1-TP-PIC-EV, 120 volt, 50/60 Hz ballast uses Instant Start operation and has a 0 degree F temperature starting capability. These electronic fluorescent ballasts have a Class A sound rating.  They utilize parallel circuitry to keep the remaining lamps lit if one should go out.  This Keystone ballast is capable of operating either (1) or (2) F32T8, F25T8 or F17T8 lamps.  The Input Voltage is 120, Less than 10% THD ( harmonic distortion ) and a 0.88 Ballast Factor.  They are thermally protected and integrate active power factor correction.  Link here for complete Specifications and Wiring Diagram.
