Keystone Equals QualityThis Keystone Ballast KTEB-135HE-1-TP, 120 volt, 60 Hz ballast uses Rapid Start operation and has a 0 degree F temperature starting capability. These electronic fluorescent ballasts have a Class A sound rating.  This Keystone ballast is capable of operating either (1) F21T5/HE, F28T5/HE or F35T5/HE lamps.  The Input Voltage is 120, Transient Protection meets ANSI/IEEE C62.41 Cat.
