 This Keystone Ballast KTEB-140-1-TP-EMI-WS, 120 volt, 50/60 Hz ballast uses Rapid Start operation and has a 0 degree F temperature starting capability. These electronic fluorescent ballasts have a Class A sound rating. This Keystone ballast is capable of operating either (1) F12T9 32 watt or FC16T9 30 watt lamps and comes complete with the necessary circline socket.
