 This Keystone Ballast KTEB-2110-UV-TP-PIC, 120/277 volt, 50/60 Hz ballast uses Rapid Start operation and has a -20 degree F temperature starting capability for HO (non-ES lamps). These electronic T12 fluorescent ballasts have a Class A sound rating. This Keystone ballast is capable of operating either (1 or 2) F96T12/HO or (2) F96T12/HO/ES, F72T12/HO, F60T12/HO or F48T12/HO lamps.
