 This Keystone Ballast KTEB-218-1-TP, 120 volt, 60 Hz ballast uses Rapid Start operation and has a 0 degree F temperature starting capability. These electronic fluorescent ballasts have a Class A sound rating. They utilize parallel circuitry. This Keystone ballast is capable of operating (2) CFQ18W/G24q2 18 watt G24q-2 4 pin CFL lamps.
