 This Keystone Ballast KTEB-259-UV-TP-PIC, 120/277 volt, 50/60 Hz ballast uses Instant Start operation and has a 0 degree F temperature starting capability. These electronic fluorescent ballasts have a Class A sound rating. This Keystone ballast is capable of operating either (1 or 2) F96T8 (59 watt) or F72T8 (38 watt) lamps.
