These dusk to dawn GU24 outdoor home lighting fixtures carry a two year limited warranty on the fixture and a one year limited warranty on the lamp. The 18 Watt GU-24 lamp is rated for 10,000 hours of life, and produces 1,350 lumens of light (the equivalent of a 75 Watt incandescent bulb).  Typical Applications for these outdoor lights include outdoor wall lighting, entry way, porch or patio lighting and decorative accent lighting in residential, hotel/motel and property management applications.
