 The Maxlite Enhancement Suite MLB8ES A19 clf flood is great for recessed, corridor table or floor fixtures and wall sconces. They utilize an E26 medium base and are just 2.0 inches wide and 4.0 inches MOL . They incorporate an electronic ballast for instant-on, flicker free operation. This 8 watt cfl bulb has a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 84 and an input voltage of 120 volt. These energy efficient compact fluorescent bulbs consume just 8 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 30 watt incandescent bulb (315 lumens).
 These low mercury, eco friendly cfl bulbs are rated for 8,000 hours and carry a (1) year limited warranty. (Link here for a complete copy of the MaxLite Compact Fluorescent Lamp Warranty). The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixtures and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
