 The MaxLite ML2G362TRBR (70165) GU24 home lighting fixtures carry a two year limited warranty on the fixture and a one year limited warranty on the lamps. The 18 Watt GU-24 lamps are rated for 10,000 hours of life, and each produces 1,250 lumens of light ( the equivalent of a 75 Watt incandescent bulb).
