The warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) . These MaxLite FloodMax 15 watt R30 (some call a BR30) cfl reflector light bulbs produce 750 lumens and they incorporate MaxLite's Amalgam Advanced Technology producing higher lumen maintenance and consistant color across lamps.
