MaxLite High Efficiency Ballasts were developed for projects that call for the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) Qualified Products. The CEE launched an initiative for High-Performance Commercial Lighting Systems in November of 2004. The initial focus of the High-Performance Commercial Lighting Systems Initiative is national coordination in defining efficient, high-performance lighting products. At the outset, the initiative is addressing higher lumen, 4-foot, 32-watt T8 fluorescent lighting systems.
This MaxLite SKEU323L/SC (70539) Low Ballast Factor, CEE Qualified, universal voltage ballast uses parallel / instant start operation to provide the highest system efficacy and to assure low temperature starting capability (zero degrees farenheit). This electronic fluorescent ballast is capable of operating either (2) F32T8 or F40T8 or (3) F32T8, F25T8 or F17T8 lamps.
The Input Voltage is universal, all encompassing 120-277V and it has a 0.78 to 0.92 Ballast Factor (based on lamps used). Maxlite's 3-lamp universal voltage electronic ballasts have very low harmonic distortion (<10% THD) for high system performance. This high efficiency, Consortium for Energy Efficiency Qualifying ballast consumes just 43-74 input watts, based on the variety of supported T8 lamps. Click here to see the complete SKEU323L/SC Wiring Diagram and Specification Sheet. Defective or NFG are not in MaxLite's vocabulary. They rest their case on their industry leading less than 500 parts per million failure rate, which equates to less than 0.0005% failure rate.
An unparalleled, complete system warranty is available when you purchase MaxLite lamps and ballasts together. This warranty covers the ballast for 5 years and the lamp for 2 years from the date of purchase. Click here to see the complete Maxlite Linear Lamp and Ballast Warranty. Quality, flexibility, innovation and Consortium for Energy Efficiency Qualified - all in one product.
