This UL Listed 15 watt compact fluorescent light bulb has a color temperature of 2700K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 84. The warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 degrees Kelvin (K) and has a CRI of 100. These MaxLite FloodMax 15 watt R30 (some call a BR30) cfl reflector light bulbs produce 690 lumens and they incorporate MaxLite's Amalgam Advanced Technology producing higher lumen maintenance and consistant color across lamps.
 This Maxlite FloodMax cfl light bulb fits all indoor recessed can, high hat and ceiling mounted strip lighting fixtures with the standard E26 Edison base. They are just 3.75 inches wide and 5.6 inches tall. They incorporate an electronic ballast for instant-on, flicker free operation. These Energy Star Qualified compact fluorescent bulbs consume just 15 watts of energy and produce 690 lumens of light output.
 These eco friendly reflector flood cfl bulbs are rated for 8,000 hours and carry a 2 year limited warranty. The minimum starting temperature is 0 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 100 degrees farenheit. These bulbs are NOT for use in totally enclosed fixtures and are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers, timers or other control devices.
