Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 customer service priority.  We are proud to offer only the highest quality products from maunfacturer names that you know and trust.  We will offer a prompt and hassle free return authorization if you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased.  A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice and a copy of the invoice must accompany the return request.  Product must only be returned after prior approval and issuance of an RGA has been obtained.  To return products, please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization.   You may contact us on our toll free number at 877-652-9640 or e-mail your request to Returns@greenelectricalsupply.com.  We must receive the returned product within 10 days of the RGA issuance.

Criteria for a Qualifying Return

Returned products must not have been used, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original cartons and shipped with sufficient packaging material to ensure they remain in resalable condition.  Should the returned product arrive damaged, and in unsalable condition at our facility, no credit will be issued for the damaged, unsalable item(s).   Product determined to be defective by the applicable manufacturer shall either be replaced or credit will be issued at the discretion of Green Electrical Supply, LLC. Product returned as defective, and is not, will be returned to the customer. Product returned due to ordering errors, or product no longer wanted by the customer, may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Warranty

The limited warranty for any product sold by Green Electrical Supply is as provided by that product's manufacturer. Except as specifically set forth therein, Green Electrical Supply makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, warranties relating to Year 2000 compliance, and conformity to models or samples. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations might not apply to you. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Refunds

If the item meets the criteria for a qualifying return as described above, the refund will be issued immediately.  Freight charges are non-refundable if Green Electrical Supply made no shipping error.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order and we are able to do so without incurring cost, we will do so without charging you. If the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and is subject to the return policy.
