The high quality alternative to Gripple or Caddy Speed Link, the Rize Kwik Loc (also called Kwik Lock or Quick Lock) cable lock is a fast and reliable cable suspension system for fluorescent lighting, HIDs, sound systems, cable trays, fan units or seismic bracing. Cable locks provide a fast,strong and lightweight cable hanger solution for hanging electrical and mechanical products. Its time saving qualities have been shown to increase productivity by up to six times compared to traditional hanging methods. The installation process is straight forward and requires no specialized training. All Kwik-Locs have been tested, and are UL Listed to UL 1598 and are listed under file number E246601. This Rize RWC2L15K cable hanger kit includes (2) KL100 Kwik-Loc cable locks. Introduced to work on most light hanging applications, the KL100 can be
used to hang fluorescent fixtures, speakers, busbar and cable tray, to name a few. The KL100 has a one piece die cast Zinc type Zamac 5 housing combining major anti-corrosion properties with strength and consistent manufacturing quality. The key components to this revolutionary cable lock are the internal locking wedges. An oil impregnated, sintered steel locking wedge is seated in each of the two channels.
Both wedges incorporate a release pin for easy adjustment. Each wedge makes contact with the wire rope using serrated teeth. These teeth press onto the wire rope and spread the load across the length of the wedge, maximizing grip strength. Each spring within each KL100 is manufactured of type 302 S26 stainless steel. Now you see why we call this a quality, revolutionary product!
The (2) straight, single loop hanger assemblies are built using 1/16 inch diameter (+.010/-.005 inch tolerance) 7x7 strand galvanized steel. The galvanized steel wire rope, supplied by Rize Enterprises, is manufactured to exacting standards and statistically tested to verify the breaking strength. Each single loop assembly is 180" long.

Effect of Hanging at Angles on Safe Working Loads
Kwik Locs can be used to suspend objects safely at angles of up to 60 degrees from the vertical. However suspension at angles does reduce the safe working load, as per the table below.
