 There are many lighting companies attempting to get into LED manufacturing. Most of them don’t know much about LEDs and others think they do! Some will sell imported products to you with the cost so low you think you are getting a great deal. Designing an LED lamp is not as easy as it looks. On top of the design consideration you must also take into effect the new standards being put out from the Department of Energy, CSA, Dark Sky and Energy Star. All of the standards from each one of those organizations must be incorporated into the LED design. The USA rates the quality of LEDs from 3 Standards: LM 79, LM 80 and LM 63. Any quality manufacturer will design LED products to comply with all of the LM standards. S3J Electronics prides itself in being one of those companies following the LM standards.

When you buy an LED product you should be expecting that product to last 50,000 hours or longer. Your return on investment (ROI) is calculated to save you money by giving you less maintenance and low wattage consumption resulting in saving you money through the electricity costs. Being able to identify quality, that will perform, is key. Let’s break down an LED product: You have an Enclosure, then the LEDs themselves, the Heat Sink being used, the design of the Lens and the power supply. The Power Supply, also known as the Driver, is the most important part to having a successful LED design - the heart of every LED lamp. An LED light source will only produce light as long as its power supply is operational. S3J Electronics has 20 years of power supply designing experience. Knowing how to design power supplies to last 80,000 hours or longer is one of the things they do best. If the 30% depreciation of the LED is rated for 50,000 hours then you are going to want a power supply to last at least as long. So having the power supply designed correctly is very important – and you have finally found the source for just that!

The S3J WWP106 series LED wall pack is built with a rugged die-cast aluminum housing and door frame, with 5 stage dark bronze polyester powder coat paint and high intensity tempered glass cover. With a color temperature of 5000 degrees Kelvin (K), a working voltage of 100 to 277 volt, environmentally friendly design (emits no UV, IR and contains no Lead or Mercury) and, of course, the power supply to keep your LED wall pack working for years to come, the S3J WWP106-0504277 is your long term outdoor lighting option. This LED wall pack consumes just 57 watts total (the LEDs consume 50 watts) of energy and generates 4,625 lumens - providing an awesome 100 lumens per watt!
The S3J LED wall pack is built using a 50 watt LED array and has a working temperature of –30C to 45C. This HID replacement wall pack has been submitted, and is currently pending, UL and CUL wet locations listing. The 3 year labor and part warranty against manufacturer defect is provided to use under normal operating conditions. Proof of purchase date must be provided when warranty service is requested.
