This ceiling light fixture comes with the standard A12 prismatic acrylic lens.  The physical dimensions of the fixture are 3.75" tall by 23.75" square. This T5 fluorescent lighting fixture comes with a 120/277 volt electronic ballast.  Fixture requires (2) F24T5 lamps.  Lamps are not included and must be ordered seperately.
