 Built with World Class phosphor, which insures high lumen output and excellent lumen maintenance, this ENERGY STAR Qualified, UL Listed and C-UL Listed, 18 watt GU24 base compact fluorescent light bulb has a Color Temperature of 3500K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 82. As a reference point, the warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 Kelvin (K) .
The TCP 18 watt GU 24 base cfl light bulb, item number 33118SP35K, fits all fixtures with the GU-24 socket. They are just 2.3 inches wide and 3.8 inches MOL. They incorporate an electronic Ballast for instant-on, flicker free operation. These 120 volt 50/60 Hertz GU24 bulbs consume just 18 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 75 watt incandescent bulb (1,200 Lumens). These GU24 cfl bulbs have a 10,000 hour average rated life and carry a 15 Month Limited Warranty. The minimum starting temperature is -20 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 160 degrees farenheit. The TCP GU24 spring lamp requires an enclosed fixture for outdoor use. This GU24 bulb is not intended for use with emergency exit luminaires or emergency exit lights, photocontrols, electric timers or dimmers.
