Built with World Class phosphor, which insures high lumen output and excellent lumen maintenance, this UL Listed and C-UL Listed, 27 watt GU24 base compact fluorescent light bulb has a Color Temperature of 5000K and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 82. This daylight lamp simulates the lighting you might see from the sun at noon. It is popular for reading and other tasks where a cooler, brighter light is needed. As a reference point, the warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 Kelvin (K) .
The TCP 27 watt GU 24 base cfl light bulb, item number 33127SP50K, fits all fixtures with the GU-24 socket. They are just 2.4 inches wide and 4.8 inches MOL. They incorporate an electronic Ballast for instant-on, flicker free operation. These 120 volt 50/60 Hertz GU24 bulbs consume just 27 watts of energy and produce the equivalent light output of a 100 watt incandescent bulb (1,850 Lumens). These GU24 cfl bulbs have a 10,000 hour average rated life and carry a 15 Month Limited Warranty. The minimum starting temperature is -20 degreees farenheit and the maximum operating temperature is 160 degrees farenheit. The TCP GU24 spring lamp is a great option for use in outdoor fixtures that operate on dusk to dawn or motion sensors. These bulbs are NOT for use on circuits with dimmers.
