 This PL EDGE SERIES lamp has been designed and engineered for demanding commercial applications. This bulb has a built-in universal voltage driver, meaning this lamp is considered a bypass installation and DOES NOT require a ballast. You MUST bypass your current ballast and turn ON the savings (up to 60% energy savings). These PL LED Titanium Lamps are designed for horizontal applications.
Here are the Green Creative, 110° beam angle, 2/4 pin mount retrofit LED. It is a direct replacement for 42w CFL bulbs and is comptabile with 2/4 pin bases including: G24d, GX24d, G24q and GX24q fluorescent PL single twin tube lights. Part number 15.5PLH/835/BYP (98253) produces a 3500 Kelvin (K) bright white light and consumes just 15.5 watts of 120 to 277 volt 60 Hz energy. These LED tubes are UL Listed and are NOT dimmable LED light bulbs, but will produce 1750 lumens of light output (that's an awesome 113 Lumens Per Watt), has a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 82 and a rated life of up to 50,000 hours . The physical dimensions of the LED 3500K bright white LED retrofit are 6.65 MOL by 1.78 wide. Note: This lamp may not fit in all 8" recessed cans. It is recommended a test installation be performed prior to the final installation. Each 15.5PLH/835/BYP LED fluorescent retrofit bulb operate directly off of your line voltage.
