Available in three wattages, Satco's Hi-Pro LED Series of 180 degree beam angle LED Retrofit Lamps (also called out as an LED corn light or corn bulb) are a convenient and energy-efficient solution for replacing traditional compact fluorescent, high-pressure sodium and metal halide sources in enclosed lighting fixtures. They are an ideal retrofit solution for outdoor security lighting such as shoebox area lights, flood fixtures or wall packs or any application where horizontal operation is needed. This series of Satco LED retrofit bulbs requires your current fixture ballast to be by-passed or totally removed from the circuit. The color temperatures for the complete series are a bright daylight 5000K.

Part number S8928 (20W/LED/HID/WP/5K/E26/100-277V) consumes just 20 watts of 120 to 277 volt 60 Hz energy and is designed to replace up to 100 watt Metal Halide (MH) or High Pressure Sodium (HPS) bulbs. This non-dimmable LED light bulb, an LED Site, Roadway or Wallpack lighting retrofit option, will produce 3,000 Lumens of 5000K Daylight color, has a CRI of 80 and a rated life of up to 50,000 hours.
These LED bulbs have a 180 degree beam angle and the screw-in E26 Medium base mounting easily integrates energy saving LED technology into your standard site lighting, flood light or wall pack lighting format. Once the bulb is installed in your fixture, simply rotate the body of the lamp to direct the LED light output that best suits your specific application. This LED lighting retrofit is built with solid state technology which requires no fans or moving parts. The physical dimensions of the Satco LED 5000K daylight LED retrofit are 5 5/16 long by 3 1/8 wide. These NON-dimmable LED retrofit bulbs carry a 5 Year Warranty.
The S8928 20 watt LED retrofit lamp has been designed to retrofit up to 100 watt Metal Halide or HPS installations, thereby reducing maintenance and energy expenditures in residential, commercial, retail displays, hotel, motel and resort applications and as an energy saving light source for new fixtures and installations. Please NOTE: When retrofitting LED to an HID fixture, the ballast must be by-passed or removed from the fixture. Additionally, by-passing the ballast will insure no RFI interference.
