This 10 Watt LED is an economical and affordable track lighting fixture, with a simple and timeless aesthetic. It is equivalent to the light output and distribution of 50W MR16 halogen lamps, utilizing only about 20% of the energy and having a rated life of 50,000 hours. This product is ENERGY STAR certified, UL and C-UL listed, as well as Title 24 Compliant. The track lighting heads produce a 2700K Warm White color temperature with an 80 CRI.
This LED track lighting head is made out of die cast aluminum with a heat sink that provides outstanding thermal management of the LEDs. This head has a 350° horizontal coverage with a 90° vertical aiming capability. The driver is integrated into the fixture housing behind the LED light engine to minimize overall fixture footprint. The insulating air gap between the driver and the LED light engine, plus the thermal potting compound, optimizes thermal operation and provides quiet operation with or without dimming. The bayonet mount lens holder facilitates optics changes in the field. This track lighting head can be used with the Trac-Lites track section or with Trac-Master track sections.
