Instant on at full brightness these 6" recessed can retrofit LED fixtures are rated for 50,000 hours. The dimensions of the LED fixture are 7.4" wide by 1.5 inches MOL. Mounts directly to recessed can with integrated trim for easy installation, including pigtail and spring clips. These 120 volt LED light bulbs fit most 6" recessed can fixtures with an E26 medium base. There is an adapter with every retrofit can where one end has a standard E26 medium base socket and the other end has a disconnect connector. With the electricity turned off at your circuit breaker, simply screw the E26 socket into your existing recessed can. Then connect the TCP LED retrofit at the disconnect point. Install the LED fixture like you would install your current trim. You have now converted your recessed can to LED.
