Rize’s Strut Lock Assembly is a fast, lockable solution for installing Strut in single and multi-tiered arrangements, for HVAC and cable management. It is ideal for the suspension of rectangular duct, chilled beams, cable tray, unit heaters, etc. The ability to pre-fit the assembly into the strut channel on the ground, allows for minimal time working at heights. A threaded release cylinder allows for time saving height adjustments.

The Rize strut lock assembly kit, part number DSL2Z (31079), for use with RWC2 cable. This kit includes strut lock, zinc-plated 5mm washer, and zinc-plated spring strut nut. This strut lock assembly kit features a 10-75 Lb working load with a 4:1 safety factor ratio. These strut lock assemblies work best in conjunction with Deep 1-5/8" x 1-5/8" and Shallow 13/16" x 1-5/8" strut. They can be used with single or multi-tiered applications and are for vertical, static loads. They are quick to install and adjust.
