As a reference point, the warm yellowish glow of an incandescent light that you are used to is about 2700-3000 Kelvin (K).

This spiral cfl (also called a twisty bulb, curly bulb or spring bulb) fits all fixtures with the standard E26 medium base socket. The Satco bulbs are 2.12 inches wide and 4.37 inches MOL. They incorporate an electronic ballast for Instant On, flicker free operation.
