This is the Juno Lighting J6RLEG3-35K-6-WH - Dimmable 6" Recessed Eyeball 3500K LED Retrofit with a White Trim Ring. Juno Lightings Retrofit LED Eyeball Trim Modules are ultra-efficient, super-easy and very affordable. With Juno Retrofit LED Eyeball Trim modules, standard 6 inch recessed can lighting can be quickly and conveniently upgraded to efficient LED recessed lights. These economical LED light trims provide 600 lumens of 3500K brilliant illumination equivalent to the output of a 65 watt BR30 light bulb or 18 watt CFL, but requires just 10.5 watts of energy use. These dedicated 120 volt trims meet ENERGY STAR dimming requirements and are compatible with incandescent, magnetic low voltage or electronic low voltage wall box dimmers. They are NOT compatible with other dimming methods such as 0-10V, DALI or DMX.
The LEDs, driver and trim are contained in a single unit which includes a whip adapter with an E26 screw base and quick-connect plug for an easy retrofit in 6 recessed cans equipped with a medium base socket. It is nearly as easy as installing a conventional lamp. As well, if you already have a dedicated Juno quick-connect housing installed, these LED retrofits can be installed directly using the disconnect system. The Juno 6 LED eyeball retrofits are compatible with Juno 6 standard and shallow recessed cans as well as with other manufacturers.
The LED array is integrated with a one-piece, high purity aluminum, thermally conductive trim to provide uninterrupted heat transfer that ensures long life of the LEDs even when installed in housings covered with insulation. At the end of their 50,000 hour rated life, the LEDs can be expected to produce 70 of their initial light output with no perceptible changes in color.
A computer-optimized reflector design with high reflectance white finish, coupled with a high transmission diffusing lens, conceals the LEDs creating an efficient, aesthetically pleasing optic system that provides uniform light distribution while reducing glare. These LED eyeball retrofits offer a 30 degree vertical adjustment and come standard with a wide flood distribution, but, optional optic accessories are available (sold separately) to change the optic to a Medium Flood (50 degree), Narrow Flood (37 degree) or Spot (10 degree).
