Westgate's Builder Series Square New Concept LED Garage Ceiling Light is ideal for indoor parking lots, commercial buildings, schools, warehouses, retail centers, and apartment complexes. Designed for 9 to 16-foot mounting, this LED light fixture offers a durable and high-quality solution in a bronze stamped galvanized steel housing with a prismatic polycarbonate lens redesigned for LED. This model is equipped with an Emergency Battery Backup that provides at least 90 minutes of emergency operation. A test button is easily accessible on the side of the fixture.

The Westgate 40/60/80 watt selectable LED square ceiling garage light is CCT selectable with warm white 3000K, cool white 4000K and daylight 5000K options. It produces 5200-10400 lumens for an amazing 130 lumens per watt. Operating on a universal 120-277 volt line, it has 0-10v dimming, a 150 degree beam, and is suitable for damp locations. Rated 70,000 hours, this LED light fixture is DLC Premium listed and comes with a 7 year warranty.
