Atlas Lighting's economy line of products is designed to provide a highly competitive, lower-cost entry point to LED lighting. The lineup of Fully Selectable Die Cast High Bays offers a range of configurations to meet various high bay application needs. These fixtures feature both selectable lumens and color temperature, reducing stocking complexity and offering added flexibility for contractors.
The ORHBS22-30L is a 150/165/222 Watt Selectable, 120-277V Die Cast LED Medium High Bay available in 4000K and 5000K color temperatures with an 80 CRI rating. At 4000K, the fixture delivers 22,493/24,259/30,609 lumens at efficacies of 151/148/138 LPW across its three wattage settings. At 5000K, output increases slightly to 23,012/25,024/31,221 lumens with efficacies of 152/150/141 LPW. This fixture is capable of replacing up to 400 watt Metal Halide luminaires and features 0-10V dimming capability in a white finish.
Built for durability and ease of installation, the housing is constructed from die cast aluminum with a UV stabilized powder coated finish. The fixture comes pre-wired with a control connect port built in, no additional wiring required. Light is distributed through an acrylic resin prismatic lens designed to maximize output and eliminate glare.
The ORHBS22-30L is rated for operating temperatures from -40°C to +50°C (-40°F to +122°F) and delivers long-life performance with 50,000 hours of operation at a minimum of 70% initial output (L70). V-hooks and chain mounting accessories are included for straightforward installation. The luminaire is UL/cUL certified for Damp Locations, DLC Premium Listed, and Title 24 compliant, and is backed by a 5-year warranty. All Atlas LED luminaires are tested by an independent laboratory in accordance with IESNA LM-79 and LM-80 standards.
The integrated sensor offers three levels of control - time (3–60 minutes), sensitivity, and dimming (0–75%) - with no remote required. Settings are retained even if power is interrupted. Field installable accessories sold separately include an emergency backup kit (ORHBEM16), pendant mount kit (ORHBSPMK), Control Connect sensor (IRH-MOT), and AirLink Blue quick control Bluetooth sensor (QCALBMSD35). Note that the Pendant Mount Kit is not compatible with the Emergency Backup Kit or the ORHBS36-48L model.
