Do you need an easy LED tube retrofit option? Consider MaxLite's Ballast Bypass LED Tubes. MaxLite LED T8 Linear Replacement Lamps are the ideal energy saving choices when upgrading traditional linear T8 or T12 fluorescent lamps in fixtures containing standard G13 (medium bi-pin) sockets. The LED T8 lamps are designed to provide appropriate light levels while utilizing a dedicated internal driver and require non-shunted G13 medium bi-pin lamp holders.
MaxLite part number L13T8SE4(XX)-GB has a 4000K or 5000K color temperature, has a power factor over 90 and consumes just 13 watts of 120 to 277 volt energy. The T8 LED tube is not dimmable but will produce 1,800 lumens of light output (that's an awesome 138 lumens per watt). They have a CRI of 80, a 330 degree beam angle, and a rated life of up to 50,000 hours based on L70.
These T8 4 foot LED fluorescent retrofits have a G13 medium bi-pin base which easily integrates energy saving LED technology into your standard recessed fluorescent troffers or industrial fluorescent lighting format and can replace your pre-existing 32 watt fluorescent tubes. These LED retrofit bulbs carry a 5 Year Limited Warranty and are suitable for dry or damp locations as well as enclosed fixtures. Reminder: These tubes are Single Ended Wiring Ballast Bypass, which means that you must bypass your current fluorescent ballast in order to use them and they have to wired on one end, requiring NON-Shunted sockets.
