The result is a more transparent arc tube over life yielding less color shift and high lumen maintenance. These Sylvania Metalarc M175/PS/U/ED28 (64043) have a 4000K Color Temperature and a 65 CRI. These Clear Pulse Start 175W Metal Halide light bulbs operate in the Universal Burn position and are intended primarily for use in enclosed luminaires. The Initial Lumens are 13,500, Mean Lumens 9,300 and a rated average life of 12,000 Hours when burned in the Vertical (V) position. ANSI Type M152/E. These Sylvania Pulse Start 175 Watt Metal Halide Enclosed Rated Lamps employ an E39 Mogul Base and are designed with a ED28 bulb. This can be a replacement for Venture Lighting MH 175W/U/PS/740 (29145).
