The Topaz LED Round Washdown High Bay (Model HBC-200PCS-WDH, Order Code T79555) is a heavy-duty commercial lighting solution engineered for demanding environments where moisture, dust, and high-pressure cleaning are part of daily operations. Rated IP69K and NSF Certified for food processing hose-down requirements, this fixture is built to perform in food prep areas, sanitation facilities, fitness centers, car washes, and industrial wash-down zones.

Offering three selectable wattages - 100, 150, and 200 Watt - along with two selectable color temperatures (4000K and 5000K), this high bay gives facility managers the flexibility to dial in the right light output for any application. At its default setting of 200W/5000K, the fixture delivers an impressive 31,400 lumens, making it a powerful replacement for 575W HID or 10-lamp T8 fluorescent systems. The 0-10V dimming capability allows output to be reduced down to 10%, providing additional energy savings and control.

Constructed with a die-cast aluminum housing and a durable white powder coat finish, the fixture is sensor-ready and compatible with a range of optional accessories including PIR occupancy sensors and Bluetooth-enabled occupancy sensors. It operates on 277-480V input, with a 120-277V version also available (Order Code T79554).
