The MaxLite LSUW-4U40WCSCREM (Part # 114138) is a 4-foot, 14.7 inch wide LED wrap fixture with Emergency Battery Backup offering selectable wattages of 40, 50, or 60 watts with corresponding lumen outputs of 6120, 7500, and 8820 lumens - delivering an impressive efficacy of up to 153 lm/W. The fixture supports three selectable color temperatures (3500K, 4000K, and 5000K) with a CRI greater than 80, giving installers nine field-configurable combinations in a single SKU. Standard 0-10V dimming (10–100% range) and universal voltage (120–277V) with a power factor greater than 0.9 make it suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial environments. Lumen output and efficacy values are based on 4000K CCT setting.
Built for durability and ease of installation, the LSUW Series features a sheet metal (steel) housing with a frosted polycarbonate lens for smooth, diffused light distribution across a 115° beam angle. It supports both surface and suspended mounting, with continuous run brackets available as an accessory. A factory-installed battery backup option is also available; on emergency mode, the fixture outputs a minimum of 1,300 lumens for 90 minutes when fully charged. The default setting for WCS models is the lowest wattage at 4000K.
The fixture is rated for indoor and damp locations, with an operating temperature range of -4°F to 104°F (-20°C to 40°C) for standard models without battery backup, and 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C) for BBU models. It carries a 2.5kV surge protection rating and is certified UL, FCC, RoHS, and IP20. The LSUW Series is DLC Premium Listed with a primary use designation for Low-Bay Luminaires in Commercial and Industrial Buildings, and is backed by a 10-year warranty with L70 lumen maintenance rated at 100,000 hours.
