The Green Creative SlimDisk (Part # 38312, Model SDSK6/9CCTS/DIM120V) is a 6 inch, 12 watt LED surface mount slim disk light engineered for residential, multifamily, and hospitality applications. With an ultra-slim profile of just 7/8" in thickness, it delivers up to 1,000 lumens of bright, high-quality light across a wide 100° beam angle, all while maintaining a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 90 for accurate, vibrant color representation.

Featuring Green Creative's SelectKelvin technology, this fixture offers five selectable color temperatures, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K, switchable directly in the field with a simple flip of a switch, making it ideal for both new construction and renovation projects where lighting flexibility is essential. The fixture is available in a White finish and operates on 120V, 60Hz power, dimming smoothly down to 5% using most forward or reverse phase dimmers.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the twist-lock diffuser design, which simplifies both mounting and light selection on the job site. The SlimDisk mounts to standard 4" junction boxes (with mounting hole spacings of 2-3/4", 3-1/2", and 4-3/4") as well as 5" and 6" recessed can housings via an accessory sold separately. Spring slots are included for CAN installation. The fixture features a stamped sheet metal heat sink with a die-cast thermal design that maximizes heat dissipation, and a smooth diffuse polycarbonate lens for clean, even light output. Operating temperature range is -4°F to 104°F (-20°C to 40°C).

Built to the highest safety and efficiency standards, the SlimDisk is ETL listed for wet locations, air-tight, and IC rated. It is ENERGY STAR certified and compliant with California Title 24 JA8 requirements. With an industry leading L70 lifespan of 50,000 hours and a 5 year warranty, this fixture is a reliable, long-term lighting solution. Field installable emergency backup options are also available for applications requiring emergency lighting compliance.
