The GM Lighting 60 Watt SWITCHLD 24VDC All-In-One Wall Dimmer and Driver (Gen 2, part # SWDD60W24V(xx)) combines a power supply and dimmer into a single, reliable wall switch. This compact unit powers and dims a wide variety of 24VDC constant voltage LED tape and light sources directly from 120VAC, eliminating the compatibility headaches that often arise between a separate driver and dimmer switch. Its modern styling fits standard single-gang electrical boxes and decorator wall plates, and it is offered in three popular finish colors - Almond, Black, and White - to blend seamlessly into any space.
Installation is simplified by the integrated design, with single-pole or 3-way wiring options and 6" 18AWG leads. The switch delivers exceptionally smooth, deep dimming from 100% down to 0.3%, giving precise control over constant voltage light sources through a single 16kHz PWM output channel rated to a maximum of 2.5A. With a 0.99 power factor, 90% efficiency, and THD of 10% or less at full load, it provides clean, efficient performance while drawing a maximum input current of just 0.6A at 120V.
Measuring 2.035"D x 2.126"W x 4.134"H, the SWITCHLD is rated for indoor dry and damp locations with an IP20 enclosure and a 30,000-hour life rating at 90°C case temperature.
