Philips Metal Halide light bulbs offer high efficacy, excellent color rendition, long service life and good lumen maintenance. Because of their numerous advantages, metal halide HID bulbs are used extensively in outdoor applications and in commercial interiors.

Designed with a BD17 bulb, these Philips Metal Halide HID light bulbs (31358) offer an impressive 13,500 initial lumens and a mean lumens of 9,100. They have a 175 watt universal burn and a reduced jacket, and are intended for use in enclosed luminaires for a rated average life of 10,000 hours. These bulbs have an ANSI Type M57/E and an E28 medium base.
