This is the P&S NEMA L12-20 Twist Lock Receptacle (also called out as L12-20R), part number L1220R (UPC 785007122053). This 20A 3 Phase 480VAC twist lock receptacle offers side and external screw-pressure-plate back wire capability that accept #14 thru #10 AWG solid or stranded conductors. One-piece, high-grade brass contacts offer excellent conductivity and heat rise resistance and the single-piece, solid brass mounting strap is free of easily loosened rivets found on other brands. The compact, impact resistant nylon face and body are ultrasonically welded together for unrivaled strength. The NEMA configuration and device rating are imprinted into the face of the wiring device for easy identification.
P&S has incorporated industrial strength brass-alloy connector contacts that provide excellent conductivity and resist heat rise. Captive combination Slot/Phillips assembly screws help to make installation easy.
