The GM Lighting SHWC power repeater is designed to expand power output and enable LED controllers to control more fixtures over multiple runs. This repeater is a Universal Device that can expand Static White, Tunable White and up to 4 channel RGBW SHWC controls.
The SHWC-RGBW-RPT is a universal smart power repeater that works with all Smart SHWC controllers, supporting 1 to 4 channels. It accepts 12 to 24VDC input and delivers 5A per channel, making it an ideal solution when additional power capacity is needed to drive longer tape light runs or more fixtures. Multiple repeaters can be connected together in parallel for extended installations, and an unlimited number of repeaters can be controlled from a single SHWC controller.
Electrically, the SHWC-RGBW-RPT supports a maximum load current of 20A (5A per channel) across its 4-channel, 5-wire configuration. Maximum power output is 240W at 12V (60W per channel) and 400W at 24V (100W per channel). The housing is a black plastic enclosure rated for an operating temperature range of -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to +50°C). It is FCC compliant and recommended for indoor use.
