Aleddra’s G3 Emergency LED T8 Tube is a 2-in-1 tube that can be used as a regular T8 lamp and automatically draws power from its built-in battery and lasts more than 90 minutes on battery at 420 lumens. It is double-end wired on line voltage (ballast bypass). It comes with dual safety switches on both end caps, which had been documented by a federal agency to be the most effective means of electric shock protection for an LED T8 tube. It required to operate on an always-on circuit in order to keep the battery charged at all time.
Emergency light fixtures automatically switch on when power goes out to illuminate pathways toward egress exits. The Aleddra LLT-4-EM-T8-G3-15W-3CCT Double Ended Bypass Emergency LED Linear T8 Tube, 3500K bright white, 4000K cool white or 5000K daylight color temperature, consumes just 15 watts of 100 to 277 volt energy to produce 1,890 lumens of light output. When the power is interrupted or shut off, it automatically draws power from its built-in battery and lasts more than 90 minutes on battery at 960 lumen output.
This Emergency T8 tube is a cost-effective option for various emergency lighting applications such as office buildings, schools, hotels, apartments, corridors, and stairs and can replace that expensive emergency ballast.
